Co-Op Local Community Fund
Do You Shop at the Co-Op?
East Grinstead Museum has been selected as a local community good cause by the Co-Op.
A share of the funds that the Co-Op puts aside for local causes - from members’ purchases of Co-Op products and 5p plastic shopping bag charges - will come our way.
To help increase our share of the Fund, it would be brilliant if anyone who is already a Co-Op Member could nominate the Museum as their preferred cause. There are a number of local causes: by being proactive and actually nominating the Museum, we will automatically get a bigger slice of the cake!
If you are a Member you need to create an online account so that you can nominate the Museum.
The website you need to go to sign up is https://www.coop.co.uk/membership/local-community-fund
As a Co-Op Member, every time you buy a Co-Op product you have the opportunity to help us raise vital funds to keep alive the history of East Grinstead and its neighbouring communities. Over the course of the year all those pints of milk, teabags etc can really add up.
This scheme costs you nothing and takes very little time at all to set up. Once you have registered your preference, the Co-Op does the rest.
Nb: For this scheme, to nominate the Museum, you need to have either already signed up as a Co-Op Member and have a loyalty card, or register to become a Member. If you shop at the Co-Op, please think about becoming a Member so you can join up and nominate us.
